BoF: Techniques and Strategies for Extreme Scale Debugging

Description: This BOF will bring together users interested in debugging parallel programs at large scale for the purposes of sharing experiences and disseminating best practices. There will be a number of brief 5-10 minute user-presentations focusing on their large scale debugging experiences, highlighting the strategies they used, as well as details on what worked and what didn't. Seven members of the community representing sites such as LLNL, TU-Dresden, ANL, University of Wisconsin, and JSC have already expressed interest in speaking. The remainder of the time will be a moderated discussion among BOF participants.
